| Cape Over Seal-50™ |
COS-50™ |
Cape Over Seal |

|
| COS-50™ Cape Over SealTM is an earth friendly, non-tracking, economical, high performance plastic hydrocarbon Resin membrane for spraying over seal coat pavements. It Works by forming a tight high-density cementitious matrix, which encapsulates and fastens into the exposed aggregates porosity, holding the aggregate firmly together and forming a long lasting waterproof, freeze-thaw, resistant membrane protective shield over the pavement surface. |

| Liquid Geo–Tech membrane for potholes |
PHPM-50™ |
Liquid Geo-Tech Membrane |

|
| PHPM-50™ is an alternative to tack. It is an economical, earth friendly, non-tracking, and membrane for tacking the bottom, sides and finished surface of a pothole.
The liquid Geo-Tech membrane bonds to the old pavement that forces the patch mix to adhere to the old pavement. The finished membrane will stop surface water infiltration. Thereby, increases the life cycle of the patch. The easy spray or broom-on application seals moisture out when repairing semi-permanent, throw and roll patches with cold mix, hot mix and high performance materials. |

|
| HPCPE-50™ is for pothole repair machines and is a sister to our pothole repair membrane PHPM-50®. HPCPE-50™ is liquid and an easy-flow non-clogging, binder course for all injector type pothole repair equipment. It is waterproof and when mixed it completely encapsulates the aggregate and forms a tight bonding matrix that welds itself to the bottom and sides permanently sealing the entire pothole from water and permanently fixing the pothole.
This high performance cold patch emulsion is earth friendly and human safe and a perfect replacement for not so friendly CRS2, SS1, RC250, MC30, RS2, and MS2 cutbacks. In addition to being economically priced, it saves by eliminating the costly necessity of keeping tanks and equipment hot.

| Asphalt Base Stabilizer |
ABS 65™ |
Asphalt Base Stabilizer-Concentrate |

|
| ABS 65™ is a waterborn emulsion that binds the base together, increasing its strength and ability to resist deformation by the weight and volume of traffic and water infiltration. Bases are normally gravel, sand, silt, and clay or native material. Some of the factors determining a base’s ability to carry a load include gradation, nature of fines, density, moisture content, drainage and loading rate. These have all been considered when engineering ABS-65™. This environment friendly high performance emulsion mixes easily with aggregates and your native material and is an alternative to hauling in base material or using lime or soil cement.
Consider stabilization, using ABS-65™, as the economical first step in upgrading an unpaved road or completely reworking a road.. After completely curing, the stabilized material should be followed by a surface treatment of your choice to further protect the pavement. Additional surface courses may be placed as increasing traffic demands dictate.

| Recycled Cement Base Stabilizer |
ACBS-50™ |
Recycled Cement Base Stabilizer-Readi-Pave |

|
| ACBS-50™ is a polymer modified asphalt emulsion designed and engineered to bind cement treated base (CTB) together, increasing its strength and ability to control reflective cracking and resist deformation by the weight and volume of traffic and water infiltration. Our engineers refer to it as “rubberized cement”. This marvel makes your CTB rigid enough to hold its form under heavy traffic conditions, and flexible enough to spring back to its original shape, when abused by extreme weather and traffic conditions. Its complete waterproofing ability not only keeps water out but also retards the curing of the cement treated base material. This progression prolongs the deterioration process, resulting in a super long life cycle, for just a few pennies. It may be mixed with soil cement either on site and in-place or through a pug mill. |

| Fly Ash Stabilizer and Base Builder |
FAS-50™ |
Fly Ash Stabilizer and Native Base Builder |

|
| FAS-50™ is a waterborn emulsion that binds the fly ash base together, increasing its strength and ability to resist deformation by the weight and volume of traffic and water infiltration. Some of the factors determining a base’s ability to carry a load include gradation, nature of fines, density, moisture content, drainage and loading rate. These have all been considered when engineering FAS-50™. This environment friendly high performance emulsion mixes easily with fly ash bottom ash and your native material and is an alternative using lime or soil cement.
Consider stabilization, using FAS-50™ as the economical first step in upgrading a road or completely reworking a road. Use FAS-50™ to build a great base material out of the inexpensive fly ash base. After completely curing, the stabilized material should be followed by a surface treatment of your choice to further protect the pavement. Additional surface courses may be placed as increasing traffic demands dictate.

| Pavement Crack Sealant |
ACS-70™ |
Cold Pour Pavement Crack Sealant Black or Gray |

|
| ACS-70™ comes in three viscosities, stops cracks before they cause total pavement failure! Scientifically developed cold pour polymer latex modified asphalt emulsion with Stable Elastic Strain Energy (SESE) (deforming a solid within its elastic limit). ACS-70™ developed specifically for sealing cracks in asphalt and concrete surfaces and butt joints. ACS-70™ sealant is a compound with exceptional bonding qualities, high resilience, and incredible flexibility to accommodate large joint movement through extreme temperature cycles. In fact, ACS-70™ sealant will remain track free at high Texas temperatures and elastic to contend with the movement of high PI Soils. A single application of easy-to-use ACS-70™ straight into the crack without heating lasts many times the life of ordinary asphalt fillers ACS-70™ is for a safe fast way to apply crack sealer. Money back guarantee. |

| Emulsion Dust Control |
DUST-X™ |
Highest Concentrated Emulsion Dust Control |

|
| DUST-X™, is a scientifically advanced cationic synthesized petroleum resin asphaltine emulsion formulated to control fugitive dust emissions. It improves and stabilizes unpaved road surfaces. It works by saturating, penetrating and bonding dust and aggregate particles together, creating a hard, durable service that renders excellent longevity and superior load-bearing qualities. Dust-X™ treated surfaces can look like paved roadways. Each application provides residual that builds up over prolonged usage.
Environmentally safe, DUST-X™ is applied with water but quickly cures to a water-resistant surface. As a result, treated surfaces aren’t washed out or destabilized by storm water run off. Cured road will remain intact even after rains. The following is a good general dust management program
